Defining a new main entry centered between the original 1940s home and a new two story addition established a sense of balance and harmony. The expansion entailed a three car garage with three bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry room above. The scope also entailed a kitchen renovation, new master bedroom en-suite, ground level powder room and new exterior deck connecting both the kitchen and living areas. New siding and roofing created one cohesive home. +/- 3,000 s.f.
