PROFILE

Emilia received a Masters of Science in Architecture & Urban Design [Columbia University] and a Bachelor of Architecture [Syracuse University].  

She is a Licensed Architect registered in New York, Connecticut and Florida, certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Board [NCARB], LEED accredited [BD+C], and is a member of American Institute of Architects [AIA]. Emilia’s practice is a certified Women Business Enterprise [WBE] by New York State since 2017.

Emilia is an active member of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Fairfield County [HBRA] as well as the Chair of the Professional Women in Building Council [PWB] of the National Association of Home Builders.

Prior to launching her own firm, Emilia worked for the distinguished architecture firms of Robert A.M. Stern architects and Hillier Architecture in New York City.  

Emilia has taught at NJ Institute of Technology College of Architecture & Design and Purchase College State University of NY, teaching architecture design studios, graphic courses, and technical drawing.  Since 2009 she has been an instructor at AIA NY Emerging NY Architects, to future Architects.

In her down time, Emilia can be found traveling locally and abroad with her family, exploring cities and beaches alike. She is always looking for design inspiration whether it be colors, patterns, materiality, or spatial composition. From Concept through Construction is her motto and passion to orchestrate the design to the last built detail resonates throughout the duration of each project.
