LAKE VIEW MODERN: Fairfield, CT
The design of this new custom single-family residence included an open living concept, three bedrooms, four baths and a home office encompassing modern materials and fixtures. The interior spaces took shape by aligning and directing the living areas with sweeping views of the surrounding context throughout both floors of the residence. The jewel of the home is the northeast corner where a sequence of floor to ceiling windows allow for panoramic lake vistas and unobstructed sight lines to mature trees and lush vegetation.
