BOLD IN BLUE: Stamford, CT
A top to bottom overhaul of an existing colonial residence included removal of partition walls, a brand new bold kitchen layout with extensive island, new pantry, first floor powder room and adjacent mudroom. The fireplace received a face-lift while adding new handrail to the main staircase. We enlarged and redesigned the full bathroom with a Japanese soaking tub and separate shower as well as creating a new laundry area on second floor. +/- 1,400 s.f.
